All sessions are donation-based drawing from the West African tradition of Generosity, Honor the many Orisha assistsme in so many ways through my own healing practice.
Cultivating the spirit of generosity is a powerful and stabilizing practice that deepens the awareness of our interconnectedness and encourages non-attachment. It benefits both the giver and the receiver. The giver practices sharing and letting go, and the recipient practices acceptance of what is presented.
