We offer classes in the Circus Arts which include acrobatics, stilt walking, clowning, juggling and more.
Clowning
Class length: 60 minutes
Class series: 8 weeks (1 class a week)

Class Description: Adult Clowning classes are fun way to bring more joy, creativity, movement and laughter into your life. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of Clowning, learn techniques and tricks and how to develop a character that suits them.
At the heart of this class is a joyful creativity. Students will be encouraged express themselves through expermentation with different methods and movements. This class will provide students with opportunities for personal transformation and community connection.
Benefits include: increased flexibility, capacity for joy, creative expression, experimentation, balance, focus, coordination, timing, bodily awareness and control, and self-confidence.

Juggling
Class length: 60 minutes
Class series: 8 weeks (1 class a week)

Class Description: Adult Juggling classes are fun way to improve your focus, concentration, dexterity and coordination. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of Juggling including 1 ball, 2 ball X-pattern, 3 and 4 ball patterns, scarf juggling, and various combinations of these techniques.
The heart of this class awareness. Students will learn to anticipate and react with fluidity while moving with agility, confidence, and precision. This class will provide students with opportunities for personal transformation and community connection.

Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of Acrobatics and varius combinations of movements and techniques.
The heart of this class is movement. Students will learn to move their bodies with confidence, precision and strength. This class will provide students with opportunities for personal transformation and community connection.
